Why we built it
Placement programmes stretch across two years and still leave most students without a real internship. The seat is the bottleneck, not the student. Instead of chasing more partner companies, we built the company itself - a workplace that can hold every student on day one and give each of them a proper month of practice.
How we think about it
A simulation is only worth doing if it behaves like the thing it is simulating. Our AI teammates assign work, review drafts, push back, and depend on the student's output - the same pressure and pace as a real team. Every action the system takes is recorded, versioned, and explainable, so nothing about a student's record is a black box.
